Anchor Capital is the brain child of a group of Bankers and other professionals with a mission to provide simple and reliable financial and social services to its members and customers wherever they are.
We are registered with the Department of Co-operatives (DOC) and affiliated with the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd. and send monthly reports on our operations to the Bank of Ghana (BOG) through the mother union (CUA).
The Credit Union is owned by its members through shares acquisition and it is managed on their behalf by Board of Directors (BOD) and other committees elected by the members through a ‘one-man-one-vote’ balloting system or through affirmations. The operations of the Credit Union are regulated by codified bylaws and supervised by the mother union (CUA).
With the expertise of its Management, a solid Board and Committees made up of diverse professionals, Anchor Capital Co-operative Credit Union is delighting its members and customers with tailored-made financial solutions to meet their financial and social needs. Our flair for liquidity management helps us to timely pay our customers thereby maintaining the confidence and trust of people in the micro finance space.
