John Ackom holds a Second class upper degree in Business Administration (Accounting option) from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He started his working career as an accounts officer at Global Computers and Engineering Services in 2002. He moved to ProCredit Savings and Loans Ltd in 2003 as a Teller and rose through the ranks to become a Banking Service Coordinator in 2007. He left ProCredit Savings and Loans Ltd in 2010 to join Shine Credit as Branch
Manager at Team branch. He moved to Unicredit Savings and Loan Ltd in 2012 as Back officer(operations) and rose to the rank of an assistant Operation Officer
John joined Anchor Capital Co-operative Credit Union in April 2024 as Branch Manager in Ashaiman Main.

Lydia Antwiwaa Obeng is a dedicated and passionate professional with accounting and finance background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology from Sunyani Technical University, where she graduated with a second class upper. Her academic background encompasses financial accounting, financial management and proficiency in tally and sage software.
Lydia began her career at the Environmental Protection Agency, where she served as a national service person in the Accounts department. Following this, she completed a four – month contract with EPA before transitioning to financial sector. She joined Anchor Capital Co-operative Credit Union as a teller in 2022. Through her dedication and hard work, Lydia rose to the position of Branch Manager in 2023, a role she continues to excel in.
Lydia’s commitment to her work and her drive to succeed make her a responsible and invaluable asset to any organization.
