The Credit Union’s management team is headed by Benard Kwadwo Tegyih, a trust-worthy leader with a passion for business development, financial and social empowerment. His experience in banking operations, relationship management, credit administration and risk management span over twelve (12) years.
Benard holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast. He has an extensive international banking exposure through trainings, seminars, workshops especially at the ProCredit Academy in Furth, Germany.
Benard started his banking career with ProCredit Savings and Loans Ltd as a Loan Officer. By dint of hard work and integrity, he rose to the positions of Credit Coordinator and Branch Manager, he achieved major successes especially in the implementation of the ProCredit Agro strategy. Before starting Anchor Capital Co-operative Credit Union, he worked with Fidelity Bank Ltd as a Credit Hub Manager. Through his exemplary leadership, Anchor Capital is growing in terms of membership, customer base and assets size toward its vision of becoming a Co-operative bank of choice by 2027.

Michael has over 10 years’ experience working in the Ghanaian banking industry. A graduate from the University of Cape Coast, he has worked with ProCredit Savings and Loans Ltd, Fidelity Bank Ghana Ltd and Universal Bank Ghana Ltd in various, Business Development, Relationship Management, Operations and Credit Administration positions.
Michael has a passion for business development and the promotion of financial literacy.

Hannah holds a first degree in HRM from the Methodist University College of Ghana and has over 10 years’ experience working in the financial and banking sector.
She has worked with UNICREDIT GHANA LTD in the sales as well as operations departments.
With her expertise and knowledge in these two key areas of banking, Hannah seeks to ensure that ACCCU and staff complies to regulations, processes and procedures in the financial sector.

Stephen Appiah is a dedicated and results-driven Accounts Officer with over three years of professional experience in the financial sector. He has honed his skills in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, contributing to the operational efficiency of his organization.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where he studied from 2016 to 2020 academic year.
He graduated with second class upper honors, demonstrating a strong academic performance and a deep understanding of financial principles. His education at UPSA equipped him with a robust foundation in areas such as financial management, auditing, taxation, and corporate finance, which he applies effectively in his current role.
In his current role as an Accounts Officer, Stephen is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. He is known for his attention to detail, analytical thinking, and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all financial records. His contributions have been instrumental in streamlining accounting processes and improving financial reporting within his organization.
